The Statewide Internet Portal Authority is pleased to release its Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Portal Integrator Contractor to Operate, Support, and Maintain a Statewide Internet Web Portal. This RFP will allow SIPA to solicit proposals from the industry's best companies and continue to provide exemplary services to the eligible governmental entities of Colorado.
